What this site is

This is the booking and client portal for True Story Weddings. It runs on Kinvyt, a studio management platform. Your agreement about photography, videography or any other work is with True Story Weddings, not with Kinvyt.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. True Story Weddings will respond to you, and any booking is confirmed separately on the terms True Story Weddings sets out.

Accounts

If True Story Weddings has given you an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell True Story Weddings if you think someone else has them.

Payments

Payment links sent by True Story Weddings are handled by a third-party payment provider. Refunds and cancellations are a matter between you and True Story Weddings.
